Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use multiple access points?
Yes, you may configure as many access points as you like for one business hotspot, or campus, using one subscription. Each business hotspot access point will contribute to the overall login and interaction count for the business hotspot subscription.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your business hotspot access point purchase. If you are not satisfied with our business hotspot product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with our business hotspot product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
What happens when I reach my social interactions limit?
When your hotspot has reached its limit for total social interactions for the month the login page will convert to a simple “click to connect” page. The “click to connect” page will enforce your terms and conditions, but will not prompt the user to interact with you socially. You can choose to allow access to your special offers during this time. The next month your portal will convert back to the Social WIFI login page.
What happens when I reach my total hotspot logins?
If you reach your total business hotspot logins for the month, we will contact you via email to let you know. You will have the option to upgrade your business hotspot subscription to avoid disruption to your business’s hotspot. If you choose not to upgrade, you simply have to wait until the next month for your business’s hotspot counters to reset.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade your business hotspot subscription at any time after signing up. When you log in to the cloud based hotspot management console, you will see your current business hotspot subscriptions under the “subscription” tab with instructions on how to upgrade.
